Vietnam, known as the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in full, is a socialist country in Asia. It covers an area of about 330,000 square kilometers and is close to the South China Sea. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan is the first woman in the Vietnamese Congress, and is also the first woman to step into the top leadership of the Vietnamese party and the country.
