Located in the south of Xindu Road and in the south of Xintai City, south of Beijing Shanghai Expressway, with a total investment of RMB 1 billion Yuan, covering an area of 600 Mu and a construction area of 400,000 square meters. It is planned to be completed from 2018 to 2020, which is divided into two parts: south area and north area. It is composed of "four cores, eight areas and four centers".
